Shipping Time

• France: 3-5 day delivery aim
• Europe: 5-7 day delivery aim. Duties and Taxes Paid

Exchanges & Returns

Following the 14-day return policy, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Before posting your return or exchange:

• The item is neatly packed in its original packaging, with swing tags attached.
• The clothing is clean and unworn (no pet hair, perfume, deodorant marks, or other odours).
• Include a note with your name, order number, and exchange details inside the parcel.
• Clearly indicate the reason for return and what action you would like us to take.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you self-ship, use a reliable shipping method with tracking.

Refused Items / Returned to Sender

Orders refused or deemed undeliverable will be returned to us. We will cancel the order unless the customer still wants to receive it, in which case they will need to pay for new shipping.

Privacy

"By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser. This ensures the selected currency remains consistent when browsing the website."

Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
